DESCRIPTION:Support young people as they learn about essential personal finance concepts with Junior Achievement North! What is JA Finance Park? JA Finance Park is a simulated experiential learning program that takes place at JA's facility in St. Paul. Several weeks of classroom learning culminate in a day-long visit to JA's experiential learning lab(s) where middle and high school students assume family and income scenarios and visit businesses within the lab to gather information for their personal financial decision-making. What is a volunteer's role? As a volunteer\, you will work with a small group of students to help them gather information for their personal financial decision-making. You do not need to have all the answers! Being a mentor who can offer real life knowledge and share personal experiences is the value that you will add to the students' experience.
