Paid Leave Info Session with MN DEED

The State of Minnesota's Department of Economic Development (MN DEED) is hosting a series of information sessions this spring about Paid Leave, which is slated to go into effect January 1, 2026. The St. Paul Area Chamber and its partners are working with MN DEED to host an information session in St. Paul. This event is free to attend - please join us. What to expect: MN DEED will provide an overview of the program, share recent updates, listen to feedback, answer your questions, and help you prepare to meet your responsibilities under Paid Leave. Agenda: 8:30-8:45 AM - Registration, coffee and pastries 8:45-9:15 AM - Presentation on Paid Leave 9:15-10:00 AM - Q&A and Wrap-Up 10:00 AM - Event ends Details: You can find more information about Paid Leave, including employer toolkits and resources, at https://info.paidleave.mn.gov/. Location: This event will be held at the Saint Paul Saints CHS Field - Securian Club. (Map it) How to get to CHS Field has details on parking and directions. Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots and ramps, and the location is also close to public transit. Register: Please register through MN-DEED so we have an accurate headcount to set the room and order catering. This event is free to attend. Partners and Community: Everyone is welcome to attend this event. We are partnering with the East Side Area Business Association, Grand Avenue Business Association, Midway Chamber of Commerce, and Oakdale Area Chamber of Commerce to invite our networks.
