Commissioner McDonough was born and raised on the East Side of Saint Paul and continues to live there today. Being a lifelong resident has given Jim a unique understanding of the qualities that his neighborhood embodies, including a strong dedication to community and the importance of building relationships. Jim brings "East Side Pride" to all of the boards and committees he serves on.
