Stemming from the values of anti-displacement, neighborhood self-determination, local ownership, equity, and keeping affordable rental possible for both businesses and residents.

This initiative is meant to be a project in small-scale democracy, allowing individual residents to have an impact in their neighborhood the same way developers and investors can. We're hosting Community Events that can be found on the ESABA calendar here and currently have Memberships Available. We also have a Preferred Stock Offering for you as well.
