Earl Street Reconstruction Project - Open House

You are invited to the Earl Street Reconstruction (Minnehaha Avenue to Maryland Avenue) Project Open Houses in October. The City of Saint Paul Public Works Department is rebuilding one mile of Earl Street, from Minnehaha Avenue to Maryland Avenue. This part of the street runs north-south, east of Arcade Street, and crosses Phalen Boulevard and the railroad. This is a full reconstruction, meaning it will completely rebuild the road. It will include work on water and sewer, land grading, adding curbs and gutters, improving drainage, paving the street, installing signs and lights, landscaping, and improving the sidewalks and bikeway connections. EVENT DETAILS Information provided will be the same at each open house. Feel free to attend any of the events as you are able. These are drop-in events; you are welcome to stop by at any point during the scheduled time. Karen, Hmong, and Somali interpreters will be present. 1. All Neighbor Daytime Open House: Tuesday, October 7th from 11am-1pm at Dayton's Bluff Recreation Center, 800 Conway Street 2. Payne Phalen Neighborhood Open House: Monday, October 20th from 4-6pm at Payne Phalen Recreation Center, 1000 E Wheelock Parkway 3. Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Open House: Tuesday, October 21st from 4-6pm at Eastside Enterprise Center, 804 Margaret Street
