Ready to strengthen your business operations? Our ten-session course is built for business owners who are already generating income and want to scale with confidence. If you have at least 6 months of documented revenue, this program is designed for you. Join a Launched & Growing cohort and gain the tools, strategies, and support to streamline operations and accelerate growth. Launched & Growing is best suited for operational business owners who are seeking to get a handle on their business operations and finances, as well as develop a strategic plan for long-term success and/or growth. Course Overview The course utilizes experienced facilitators and LivePlan software to guide participants through an analysis of their business. Participants will gain insights into business methods, financial management, and strategic planning for long-term success. To fully engage with the course content, participants must have at least six months of documented revenue and be using accounting software such as QuickBooks. WomenVenture training courses foster a supportive community, encouraging partnership building and continuous learning. As participants collaborate with facilitators and fellow entrepreneurs, they’ll refine their decision-making skills and translate knowledge into actionable plans for measurable improvements in their businesses. Upon graduation, participants can access three hour-long sessions with volunteer expert advisors. They may also choose to be paired with a volunteer mentor, who will provide one-on-one guidance and advice in the six months following graduation.
