Areaway?... Know before they dig up Arcade and E. 7th Street

Improvements are coming to E. 7th St./Arcade St. in 2024. To move forward and ensure the safety of people and buildings, MnDOT needs to identify buildings with existing areaways, which are empty, below-ground passageways beneath the sidewalk. Letters were sent out to property owners in November 2021.
