Open Door Saint Paul - Looking for an East Side Home

Open Door Saint Paul, our free learning center for East Side adults and their families. After more than twenty years in our current building at Arlington Hills, we have to move; we need to be out by January 18, 2027.
We're determined to stay on the East Side. Our students live here, and many walk or ride the bus to class. Between ESABA's members and your work along E 7th and Arcade, I suspect somebody in your network has a building with room in it.
What we're looking for: roughly 3,000 rentable square feet anywhere between Larpenteur, White Bear, Rice, and Minnehaha/E 7th. ADA accessibility is non-negotiable, and we need parking and good bus access. All-in occupancy needs to stay under $4,000 a month; we're a nonprofit, and every penny counts.
