What is Swede Hollow Café?

The Swede Hollow Café is located in Saint Paul, MN.  This café has been serving the community of Saint Paul since 1997, and is located at 725 E 7^th St. Saint Paul MN 55106.  The café’s namesake is from their beautiful location, in the historical Swede Hollow Park. Located in the iconic Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood, this Saint Paul park has a rich history in a wonderfully growing immigrant community.

New Ownership

There have been several owners, and the current owner, Shirley Yang, has admirable drive and motivation for her community. This passion is clearly shown in not only the customer service provided at Swede Hollow, but also in the quality of food and drinks.

What is Swede Hollow Café Known for?

Swede Hollow Café specializes in breakfast and lunch, as well the multitudes of specialized drinks, including espresso.  This café is a very popular place to pick up their famous fresh baked cinnamon or caramel roll. The cinnamon and caramel rolls are so rich with flavor just looking at one of them will fill you up. Quiche is another dish Swede Hollow specializes in, alongside other delicious breakfast meals, salads, and sandwiches.

The patio is the home for Urban Roots community garden for the youth, which showcases a variety of stunning greenery, flowers, and fresh vegetables.
