Vaccinations East Side: Open Appointments April 27 at Johnson

The student vaccination clinics at Johnson High School tomorrow for the first shot. We will have extra doses available that can go to families and Eastside friends and neighbors.

VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS NOW AVAILABLE FOR STUDENTS 16+, FAMILIES, and EASTSIDE FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS

A Minnesota Department of Health vaccine clinic will be held in the Johnson High School Fieldhouse from 1-7 PM on TOMORROW, April 27 and Tuesday, May 18. You need to get both doses!

How to get yourself or a family member signed up:

The preferred method:

--Send an email ASAP to JHS Assistant Principa Maureen Seibert at maureen.seibert@spps.org --Dr. Seibert will send individual apointment links to everyone who contacts her.

--Follow the link instructions.

--You will need parent name in the “consent” slot in the registration form if you are under 18 --Come to the Fieldhouse at Johnson at your appointment time.

OR

Walk-ins are accepted between 3 and 7 PM. Under 18 need to be accompanied by parents or be able to reach parents via cell immediately.
